Intestacy

The preparation of a proper legal Will is the only way to ensure that property passes to beneficiaries in a binding, predictable and efficient manner.  When a person passes without a Will (or the Will cannot be found), the law determines how the property gets distributed and this may or may not be the most appropriate distribution for the particular family situation.
